This part of our website has been put together to share information with all stakeholders (students, parents, staff, governors and employers) about our Futures and Careers programme at Springfield School. Futures and Careers incorporates Preparing for Adulthood, work readiness, independence and community engagement - everything that our young people need to achieve as much independence in their futures as possible.
We have rebranded to Futures and Careers as this is more inclusive and better represents our offer to our students.
The Futures tree represents the fact that every student is unique - just as no two leaves are the same. Each student will go on to live their own future and we will do our best to support them on this journey.
Impact: We evaluate the impact of our Futures and Careers programme through pupil outcomes, destination information, participation in work experience, stakeholder feedback and progress towards Preparation for Adulthood outcomes.
Review: This information will next be reviewed in September 2027.
