Preparing for Adulthood is the golden thread running through all lessons as we support students on their individual learning journeys. 

Annual reviews of the EHCP post-Year 9 use PfA outcomes to drive the review.  This ensures all discussions are around future aspirations and current skills so planning can be put into place to close the gap between achievement and aspiration.

In Sixth Form, PfA is planned for discretely to equip students with skills for life beyond Springfield - see long term plan below:
