If you need to speak to your child’s class teacher please ring before 8.30am or after 3.30pm, after this time any non-urgent messages will be passed on to the class teacher by Admin. You can contact your child's teacher via Eschools at any time during the day, but they will not be able to reply until the end of the school day.
Communication regarding the school day is via EfL and Eschools, updated at the end of the school day. This allows staff to spend all their time during the school day supporting pupils.
After school teachers are able to upload EfL, respond to parent messages and send any required messages. Teachers will also send a weekly updates via eschools to the parents in the class to round up the events of the week. When pupils first start in a class a timetable goes out to parents so they are aware of what lessons are planned each day.
Phone calls will be made if there is something more urgent to discuss, such as an injury.
Teachers will respond outside of teaching hours and up to 5pm from Monday to Friday. If there is anything urgent outside of these hours, then please contact Kirsty Arthur or Fiona Hartley.
