Springfield School is an outstanding maintained special school for children and young people aged 4–18, with sites in Crewe and Wilmslow.
We provide specialist education for pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), including pupils with severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism and complex communication and interaction needs.
Although we operate across two sites, we are one Springfield School, sharing the same vision, values and commitment to providing an exceptional education for every pupil.

Our aim is to provide an outstanding education that enables every pupil to achieve their individual potential. Alongside learning, we place a strong emphasis on communication, independence, wellbeing, relationships and preparation for adulthood, ensuring our pupils develop the skills and confidence they need for their future.
We know that success looks different for every child. Our highly skilled and dedicated staff work closely with families and other professionals to provide the right support, challenge and opportunities for each individual pupil.
