This term 3AO have been thinking about our personal health and fitness. Each week we have been visiting the MMU campus to look at the different leisure activities we can access. On our initial visit we put on digital fitbit watches to count our steps and walked over to the Sports and Fitness Facility. Phil, our fitness instructor and manager of the Gym showed us how to use each piece of equipment and how to adjust the settings to suit our individual fitness levels. The journey there and back was over 1500 steps alone - so we should see the benefits of our workouts very soon.
