Springfield school is an Outstanding special school catering for pupils and young people with significant special needs. The school offers classes with a high staff / pupil ratio managed by experienced and qualified teaching and classroom support staff. The school operates 18 classes and for organisational purposes is divided into Primary Department and Secondary Department including the Sixth Form.
MPR / UPR + SEN 1
We are looking for outstanding, enthusiastic and creative teachers to join us for short/long term assignments.
You will already be: an outstanding classroom teacher with a passion for special educational needs, it is desirable that you have experience working with children & young people with significant learning needs / profound & multiple learning needs, however training and support will be given to the right candidate. You should have a commitment to improving the outcomes and life chances of young people with complex special educational needs. You should be proactive, resourceful and energetic. You should also have the relevant skills, training and experience. NQT's are welcome to apply.
